Hype Yourself Up! We are out here writing ourselves some love notes, speaking positive affirmations into our lives, and doing things that bring US joy! All these things will help you realize that you are WORTHY of this experience and love yourself no matter where you are in life.

Move your body. I am so guilty of working from home and the most I get out is walking my kids to the bus stop. And If I am being honest, half the time I drive. We are sitting in the sunlight, moving our bodies, and taking some time outdoors!! Sunlight is so good for the soul. Plus we are drinking all the water. Your body will thank you. That skin will be glowing during your session and heck you might feel confident to try some more flexible poses!

Relax. We are doing things that clear our heads and minds and setting ourselves up for a good rest of the year. Buy your own damn flowers, eat your favorite dessert, cook your favorite meal, and celebrate yourself and all the things you accomplish by just making it through the day. This is what a boudoir session is all about! YOU!!

If you can keep up with these tasks for 30 days, that means you can do them for 60 days and get into better habits that will bring your mental health to a better place. Once you learn to find peace with yourself you will realize that a boudoir session isn’t so far out of reach. You just have to find that fire and go for it!
