Affirmations are a way to help yourself and promote confidence from within. Chances are you probably do these things already without even realizing it. Anytime you tell yourself “I’ve got this” you are shifting your focus from failures, to your strength. When you truly believe you can do something, your actions will follow.
Our boudoir studio affirmations are based off of having body-confidence and self worth that I believe you should affirm yourself everyday with. I believe all of these things for you, but the question is can you accept them and believe them for yourself?
Our 7 Studio Affirmations are:
I AM WORTHY OF GOOD THINGS
I KNOW MY WORTH & REMIND OTHERS OF THEIRS
I LOVE MY BODY FOR EVERYTHING IT HAS DONE FOR ME
MY BODY IS WORTHY OF GIVING AND RECEIVING THE LOVE IT DESIRES
MY CURRENT SELF IS ENOUGH
MY FEELINGS ARE VALID
I AM IN CONTROL OF MY OWN DESTINY
How to use these affirmations:
Find a place where you can sit and be with yourself in silence.
Repeat the affirmation – As you say them, believe them to be true.
Visualize the affirmation– The more you visualize what you want – the more aligned your thoughts will be.
Feel the affirmation– You have the ability to manage your emotions, switch your mindset from the things you think you cant do, to knowing you CAN do them.
Repeat those same steps for however long you need to at least twice a day. Take 5 deep breathes between each cycle.
